  In the case of the fixed type, you can freely do activities in all your life, such as high-activity exercise, swimming, and sauna, and you do not have to worry about the product falling off your body. In the case of the detachable type, light exercise is possible and it is easy to wear and take off when the customer wants.

  Is it as natural as the original hair when wearing a wig?

  When you first wear the product, you may think that it is a little awkward because it is not familiar. Wigs are similar to glasses, so there may be some discomfort in the first few days, but like glasses, if you don't have them after a certain period of time, you can see them as a necessity for uncomfortable life. When wearing the product, the [wig] is not displayed at all, and the naturalness and richness can be maintained just like your own hair.

  What is a 3D scanner?

  [3D Scanner System], developed with Hi-MO's own technology, is a three-dimensional stereoscopic head measuring machine that accurately measures the inside and outside of the customer's head using a computer and realizes the data through molding techniques. [3D scanner system] can be thought of as a state-of-the-art device that measures the customer's head before ordering the product in order to produce a more natural and comfortable product.

  What is a Virtual Hair System?

  [Virtual Hair System] is a virtual simulation program that allows you to pre-match a variety of styles using the Hi-MO Wig DB for photos before wearing your product and check the image after wearing the product in advance.

  I am curious about the product production process.

  A

  All Hi-MO products are manufactured through the process of [consultation-pattern-production-inspection-styling].
  
  [Consultation] conducts consultation with a professional counselor about personal hair loss, hair condition, and lifestyle, and determines the product by checking the image after wearing through the [Virtual Hair System].
  
  [Measuring of the hair loss area] uses the [3D scanner system] to accurately measure the head when the product is determined. In [Manufacturing], products are carefully manufactured starting with the full-scale molding process.
  
  [Inspection] checks the finished product through strict inspection standards and procedures and performs basic cutting. In [Styling], a professional stylist finalizes the product arriving at the branch and wears it on the date promised with the customer.

  How long does it take to produce the product?

  In the case of Hi-MO's custom wig, it is hand-made by carefully planting the hair one by one in the wig net. In addition, as only the products that pass through the inspector at each stage go through the process of moving to the next stage, it takes about 4 to 8 weeks to produce the product.

  Do I have to cut off the remaining hair to wear a wig?

  In the case of a fixed or detachable tape attachment, the part to be attached must be worn after cutting the head, but in the case of a detachable clip, it is worn directly over the existing head.

  How long can I use the wig after purchasing it?

  A

  Product life may vary slightly depending on product management. Usually, it is most natural when you use the product for 8 months to 1 year. In the case of Hi-MO, we provide a warranty period of 6 months, and during this period, if there is a defect in the product, we repair it for free.
